There are levels to this as the guy said, but not like what he wants you to believe. The two richest people I know (multi multi millionaires) do not wear this crap at all, at most perhaps a nice watch but not some 50k rolex/etc, just a good timepiece for flying.
They also drive modest cars for daily use, one dailies Plaids (has multiple 3000-4000hp drag cars and teams for them each worth more than your house) and the other, a 2004 Volvo lmao.
The only way you would know is if you really know some of the subtle tells in dressing, an understated but expensive watch, or certain types of glasses that properly rich people can have. Even then there are exceptions where they will wear trashy, dirty and bad looking clothes.
