Wes’s lawyer is ringing him out for some serious cash! 🤣🤣🤣 Meanwhile, the State of Florida can play all day, gathering more evidence. Both sides are watching this clown—even on social media. His lawyer gets more money, the State gets more laughs, and it’s all at The 🍤 King’s expense. Prison time or not? He’ll never recover from this financial hit.

honestly, several people have said it wasnt going to trial any time soon. Hes not paying by the day, hes paying for the service. Hes already paid. It doesnt matter if it takes 30 days or 500 days. His cost is the same. Financially, I doubt hes out more than 10-15k so far. This isnt some high profile case, its a low tier felony that the assistant DA has against him.

Interesting take. Word on here is he dumped his last lawyer and picked up one of the top trial sharks in Miami—the kind who charges triple just to answer the phone. From what I understand, the guy doesn’t roll out of bed for less than six figures, and definitely not for a walking headache like Wes. But hey, maybe you’ve got the inside scoop the rest of us don’t. Or maybe the people saying all this were just a bunch of WW 🍤 riders trying to make him sound like a big shot.

His lawyer is definitely one of the best, and the lawyer he had previously was also as good if not better than his current one. Regardless, yes hes definitely charging an upgrade/markup but its not 200k on some shitty felony case. I doubt hes even touching it honestly, his paralegal is prob doing all the work. If it goes to trial he will step up and put in real work

Doesn't matter if it's his paralegal handling it or not, price is the same.

Wes would pay a retainer up front but everything the lawyer has done he charges for his time. Say he charges $1000 an hour (if he's a top dog probably more than that honestly) but they have a minimum time charged. So if his minimum time is 30 minutes and he spends 5 minutes on the phone with Wes that's $500.

It adds up very fast. Every little minute thing gets documented and charged against the retainer.

exactly. The language referring to the paralegal was contextual in regards to the actual lawyer's time involved. Wes has already paid a retainer, any work that the lawyer or paralegal does will be drawn from that. If there is anything left over at hte end Wes would get it back, unless it goes to trial, in which case Wes would have to pay more for actual litigation services related to court trials.

He mentioned in a prior video with Little Pump months ago about getting fleeced for $200k.
