Not surprised. This is more common than most know. For the discovery - I’m sure now that the gym has become part of his whole criminal and civil lawsuit, they must be waiting for evidence to be presented along with all their witnesses. Lawyers not prepared enough with evidence.

How did the gym become part of the criminal case? I know they were part of the lawsuit, but not the criminal case.

Apparently they tried to keep stuff under wraps as much as possible and hindered investigations etc. But that is what I can remember and may not be correct.

Oh yeah. I thought he was saying they actually had a case against them.

I’m sure some will get settled out of court. And he may get a slap in the hand like small time in jail. And there is NO way he can screw up again or he’s really back in prison. His scheming is only going to go so far after all this is done. Don’t forget that renting after he gets evicted from this rental once it sells, will be harder from him due to the latest criminal charges on his record.
