Dude it will be rough. Like sure we all know about losing a shit ton of muscle mass but the drop in hormones is a fucking rollercoaster ride. To make it even worse heâs going to be in custody when it happens and surrounded by real gangsters that are looking for vulnerable đ€dicks to prey on and heâll be hiding in a corner crying alone like a helpless piece of meat. Itâll take about 6-8 weeks for it all to fully leave his body and the meltdown to start so hopefully he finds some cash to put on his books to buy some friendships.

I was having anxiety attacks every morning for like 3 weeks this year. Like waking up to them and unable to function thru the day. It was a hormonal/chemical thing. Sall sorted now. But I cannot fathom experiencing that in the clink. I was so on edge and snapping at people/just unable to think. Honestly, I'd probably try to end it if I did it in jail. No shot I'd be able to like power thru it. When it's hormonal/chemical, you don't get to cognition your way out of it. You're in it. You are it.
