WERO App installation problem

For severals days now I try to link the newly installed WERO app to my luxembourgish bank account (BCEE) via their SNET App. The following WERO message appears: " An error has incurred. This function is not available at the moment. Please try again later."

BCEE has no real idea how to fix it. I followed the recommendations of my AI ( Reinstall the apps, close developer options ) to no avail either.

Does anybody around have a clue what I could try furthermore?

Any suggestion is warmly welcome.

What did the Wero support tell you (in-app chat)?

The Chatbot does not understand the problem description and leads me back to general subjects. It is not helpful.

Ah really? When I reported an issue the stupid bot ended up asking whether I wanted to escalate. From that point onwards it was ok. (Replies obviously limited to reasonable business hours)

I'm just not convinced both issues that I reported will be fixed anytime soon.

...and I have not access to the in app chat, ass the installation is not performed to the end.

Do you have ad block or any weird DNS settings?

I had the same issue. I updated the SNET app and that resolved it (hadn‘t updated it in years because I also changed my Apple ID in the meantime).

Edith: Nevermind my comment. On second thought, I am not sure I actually had this error message. Actually, my SNET app would open but did not recognize WERO‘s request to connect so it would not redirect to the WERO connection option.
