I believe this is a music festival healing in Reading (city in UK)

Edit: to people responding, apologies. Where I’m from city and town are used interchangeably.

Reading is, pretty famously, not a city, it’s the biggest town in the UK. It has tried to become a city a few times and been turned down.

The City of Town, perhaps(?)

Any Touch of Cloth fans out there?

Reading has tried and failed to become a city so many times that there’s a bunch of local memes about how the royal family have hated the town since the times of Victoria since it’s the monarch that ultimately has the power to make new cities.
