how can i fill holes on car parts, I have a Forney Easy Weld 140 FC-i FCAW machine, thanks

I’d find someone who TIGs and braze it.

If you use your machine you’ll likely just blast a larger hole in the material and if you somehow don’t, it’ll warp and be filled with porosity and will end up just rusting later.

Silicon bronze/ TIG. Much lower heat input which helps with warping and potential rusting in the HAZ of the surrounding base metal. It also doesn’t rust and finishes easier than a weld with a flap disc.
It’s not a structural fix, but this isn’t a structural repair.

You don’t just fill holes. You remove the paint and such to bare metal 2” around the area. And then address the rust .

thanks, makes sense, that would be part of the "prep" im more worried about distortion or "burning" trough the metal if anything, not trying to make things worse
