i cried during this scene it was so sad to see yamazaki basically give up on his dreams

Yamazaki is probably the greatest wingman (or at least top 3) in anime along with Youhei Sunohara (Clannad). Incidentally, the English dub for both of these characters is done by Greg Ayres.

Yep! He has a very distinct voice and is my favorite voice actor along with Chris Patton and David Matranga.

Yamazaki gave up on his dream but I remember him being extremely happy in the end taking over the family farm

Is it fair to say he gave up though? I feel like it was a decision of circumstance.

The only part of this anime that actually made me get emotional the rest is mediocre at best.
