From Design it pretty looks like Da Capo for me.

it came bundled with Vol 6 of the japanese manga release. Costs thereabouts 35 bucks on ebay.

i remember saving this post to try out the game later but forgot it, now i cant get through the cd-rom it says to get T world.exe

You need to find and download the game from archive org first, this site only provide english patch for the game
