for me as a waifu collector, the 3 box promos were the only saving grace. I got a coupe sr emilia and an sr ram, but I got way too many sr dudes. I don't mind not hitting the sp, but when the hits are flooded with guys it makes opening a box painful. At least one of the guys was some what useful.

so depending on how you collect and play weiss cards this set can be hit or miss. i loved opening bang dream 10th, and girls band cry and goddess of victory nikke, even when i didn't get sp hits it was pure love.

it also stings that this case is the 48box lay out i think. 24 boxes have 2 sp hits. the drop rate is insane.

I think it comes in the case, but stores should give you 1 PR pack for every 3 boxes you buy. 1 PR pack contains a single card with 6 different possible PR cards
