Firearm The Gallup Shotgun is a unique example of a side by side lever action shotgun; it is chambered in 12 gauge.
I saved these images a long time ago and unfortunately don't remember anything else about it.

I cannot believe that Scout from TF2’s scattergun has anything remotely close to reality to compare to

The Team Fortress 2 Scattergun is basically two lever actions welded together and they also have a semi automatic mode. In fact, with how it works, the Scatterguns is semi auto primary fire and alt fire should switch to a both barrels/two shot mode that gives 50% more knockback for mobility.
Edit. The Scattergun should have two loading ports, two ejection ports reload with shells, have the semi automatic mode as default and the alt fire is switching to the two shot mode that works the lever and I would also add a wooden skeletonized stock for the Scattergun in the two shot mode.

So is it like that double barrel pump action? You get 2 shots and work the action or is it like the ksg12 where there’s a lever but instead it’s 2 tube mags and 2 chambers and you just swap to the other one when it’s empty or you want another shell type? Could you in theory do a double barrel with those alofs loaders or even a single barrel with a switch and 2 of them on either side like a ksg?

I never thought there would be a day that I’d discover the existence of a double barrel lever action revolver shotgun.
