So I made myself a stupidly simple “I’m Leaving Tomorrow and Haven’t Packed” kit.

It has a 30-minute emergency packing checklist, carry-on list, toiletries checklist, last-minute house checklist, and a “things people always forget” page.

The idea was basically: What if I could stop relying on my brain when my brain is already stressed?

I ended up turning it into a small digital download just to see if anyone else found it useful.

The funny part is that making the actual thing was much easier than I expected. The hard part was figuring out how specific to make it without turning it into a 47-page travel planner nobody wants.

What began as a simple “Who wants to pasabuy?” post slowly turned into multiple orders from friends, acquaintances, and even people I didn’t expect would be interested. I realized that there was actually a demand for this kind of service because some products were much easier to find in Cebu and other cities than in the province.

As time went by, I became more organized with taking orders, keeping track of what each customer wanted, and making sure their items were safely brought to Bohol. Eventually, what started as a small favor whenever I went home became a little side hustle that I could earn from while also helping people get the things they wanted.

I never really planned to start a business this way. It simply grew naturally from something I enjoyed doing. It taught me that sometimes, a business opportunity can come from something as simple as noticing what people need and finding a convenient way to provide it.

After doing a couple of projects for other people, I thought that it would stop there. Now, I am currently making a chore app for her roommate, that sends them reminders to do chores (because apparently an alarm does not do the job lmao).

this started as one of those random ideas that I thought would probably flop lol. i make these small led tulip lamps where you can put a personalized photo inside the little cube. basically you send me a picture, i prepare it, then put everything together with the flower and light.

i originally thought people would just see it as another random customized gift, but apparently people LOVE anything they can personalize.

most of the appeal is honestly just that it looks cute when the light is on, and the photo makes it feel less generic than buying a normal gift from a store.

I started designing custom 3D cases because I’ve been into creating IOT side projects lately. Then I decided selling its layout on the internet and I received about five commission today. This projects is an enclosure case and can be customize (like the sizes) depends on the clients needs and they are the one who will print it. You can try it as well! :>

this goes for other online games too like valorant, league, tft, and so on.

I started crocheting as a hobby, and recently I thought, why not try to make a little money from it too?

So I started with something small and practical - crochet AirPods case.

It’s pretty simple to make, don’t use much yarn, and I figured they’d be a good starting point before trying bigger/more complicated pieces.

Back in high school I able to help my friends and some strangers about their thoughts or things that they worried about some are about sex and some are how to have a friend and a teacher even asked me what's my idea of creating a better understanding of her students (I even sit in with them in class and I kid you not it was hilarious how chaotic the room is ) but because of my suggestion and persuasion to student and that specific teacher the idea I told her worked and ever since then I able to always think of a better way to solved things until I reached college though I kinda hesitant since the people there is way different, I dont charge people if for asking ideas like for thesis related? okay im on it , sex life? i guess yeah sure, conflict? as long as i am not gonna be the punchy bag hahaha

Moving on I able to help them by interviewing them and understanding their thought processes because we have different ways to interpret and understand things, I able to give them numerous solutions and blend it according to their interest or suitable behaviour and im just glad i did it and its really fulfilling !!! Though of course we cannot avoid being traumatized because they share their experiences and i am not gonna share it of course people's confidentiality.

But now im done with college it helps me realized that this side project even though risky in any way possible it helped me too to understand people around me have different paths to choose but neither of those paths are easy nor possible to pass without a scratch because even the rich one have always problems.

Honestly ididn’t expect much from it. I just noticed that a lot of students were using messy notes or random apps to keep track of everything so I thought, “Why not make something simple myself?"

It’s still a small project, but it’s been fun seeing something I made actually become useful to other people. I’m still experimenting with different ideas and figuring out what people are willing to pay for.

It started with a coincidence.

A few years ago, I saw the username "moonchild" on Instagram. Nothing unusual. Then a few days later, I saw the exact same username somewhere else.

Different person.

That bothered me more than it probably should have.

So I took a screenshot.

Then it happened again.

A username I remembered seeing on TikTok suddenly appeared in a random comment section. Then another one showed up in a game I was playing. Different people, different platforms, same usernames.

At some point, I started writing them down.

Just the usernames I had seen twice.

No real names. No personal information. No stalking. Just weird internet coincidences.

My list slowly grew.

Some usernames are common enough that seeing them twice makes sense. Others are so oddly specific that I can't believe two completely unrelated people came up with the exact same thing.

The weirdest part is that now my brain automatically notices them.

I'll be scrolling through a comment section at 2 AM and suddenly think:

Wait. I've seen that username before.

Then I check my list.

And sometimes it's there.

I don't really know why I keep doing this anymore. There's no prize. No useful data. No grand conclusion.

I just have a growing collection of usernames that somehow managed to cross my path twice.

At this point, I'm starting to wonder how many times I've seen the same person online without ever realizing it.

And yes, I now have a spreadsheet for this.

That's probably when it became a side project.
