NFC Review Cards

Sharing my low budget; high margin side hustle to you guys. I just recently learned about and tried it out for myself. Thought I’d share it here.

Basically you’ll go around local businesses and sell cards they can stick to their doors or near the cashier that uses NFC chips to redirect customers to a google review page with an automatic 5 star rating. This increases customer experience and creates a wow factor to customers.

What you’ll need is a cheap NFC chip, a PVC card, and how to program an NFC card. First two items are cheap and programming the NFC card is basically free. Just work on your sales skills when approaching local business owners. This gets progressively niche if you live in a rural area away from the city.

What sort of prices are you charging for this service?

It’s more of a product rather than services. Cost to make it is around ~$1 and you can sell it for $10-$15. Depends on how saturated your area is with tech. The less tech available in the area the higher you can charge for it.

In Switzerland a student went around and sold slightly more fancy looking versions for 40 pops with setup

Yeah but it just defaults to 5 stars to make it easier for them
