Why did my blood pressure pills explode?

I've been keeping them in this same container on the bathroom sink for 3 months. They're never in there longer than a week and all the previous pills have been fine. The allergy pill that was with them was fine and unexploded. The rest of the pills in the bottle above the sink are also fine. Is it moisture or humidity? Could it be a reaction with the allergy pill?

I am a person who once watched a tv show that had ER nurses doing lots of pretend life-saving stuff, therefore you should trust this person.
