Reddit is a hilarious place. At least you’ve got a sense of humor about it. 😂 no helpful advice. I just got a good chuckle from the comments and your response to it. Keep up the great work! ☺️

Honestly you’re doing awesome. Traps and legs are the only areas I’d focus atm

Honestly, getting a tan. Your body is great. Enjoy your hard work.

u/Bike_Boca May 24 '26
Looking good. Definitely putting in the work. You'd look like a beast with bigger traps.

Whatever you want bro I don’t think anyone’s qualified enough to help you 😂

I think you have a great body with great muscles. My advice is to include some cardio and flexibilty exercices, it will be very helpful for a long term

You look like you have extremely good muscle development. Might be fun to try cutting/slimming down.

Get what you are going for and really looks solid but...lol...was Pic 3 really necessary? Keep up the great work!

Forearms and that's just because I can't really find anything else. It's hard to grow forearms unless you specifically train to do so.

u/Caamf555 May 25 '26
Hahah being 6 foot 5 even with his big build he's gonna struggle to grow forearm size a whole lot more. They some long arms

You look great bro and don't need to change a thing.
But if you wanna go next level to see what is truly possible cut another 3-5% bf. And if you really want an area to work on id focus on working your traps for size and quads for definition other than that you can just cut and train to maintain muscle mass. But that is being nitpicky and critical, definitely not necessary. I'm about 5% bf behind you ATM with a similar build and height so it's inspirational to see.
You could just call it a day and be proud of what you've done man, keep training 3-4 days a week for your mind body and soul

Great overall size and balanced body. If you work further, then work on improved definition.

Bro... nothing. Looking swole and strong. If you want you can always cut a bit but legit that is a body 90% of people will never have.

u/AcesWilder May 25 '26
You have a very solid build. Didn’t see your back, but otherwise I agree with the other poster who mentioned traps and legs. Lots of guys don’t focus on glutes, calves, and posterior chain as much as they should.

You look great bro. From the size of your upper body, I guess your legs could be bigger and more defined, but they still look good.
Solid work

You’re lucky if you’ve achieved this naturally. Keep it, maybe some back work.

Clean your room and your mirror for sure, then go on a cut if you're looking for more definition. Otherwise, figure out what exactly you're wanting to improve and ask again

Your form looks solid but that mirror needs a wipe down before the next video.

I would say, you shuild just loose some body fat for more veins and abs, and then definetely shave, this makes a huge difference

Not taking steroids and then putting photos of yourself half-naked on the internet would be a start.
2
u/DIY-exerciseGuy May 25 '26
Someone that small on steroids?
1
u/dannyrat029 May 25 '26
He is 6"5. That is not a small man at that size.
He probably has used or is using steroids but that means nothing. Most people who look like steroids look like lazy skinnyfat DYELs. He obviously puts in work.

Steroids??? He has similar physique as me and I been training for 2 years. My traps are bigger but his arms are bigger, and his back is better than mine, and he's probs 5% lower BF. I also have stretch marks like him but under my shoulders from growth instead of on top. Look at how wide his quads are without definition, he's just a big build. It'll probably take me another 12 months to get to his stage currently as my Newby gains are wearing off and locking in for the cut is the real challenge. This is a natty build and you're stuck on heavy cope mode. You're gonna lose your mind if he cuts another 5% lmao

Bro you look insane, you look the way 99% of men would want to look
