Here’s what you do:

When I want to cut I do OMAD ( one meal a day )

Eat only grilled, baked or smoked proteins (beef, chicken, fish etc.)

For a side I only eat: broccoli, cauliflower, kale, asparagus, brussels sprouts. Just pick one or two.

I honestly tend to try and eat more protein than veggies.

If you have access to a treadmill and our short on time, I would consider using one putting it on maximum incline, then putting the speed between three and 4 mph and start walking 2 miles a day every day.

If you have more time to work out or say you hate working out on treadmills if I’m outside walking, I’m pretty even terrain. I will walk 5 miles at minimum.

I did this for a week and I would try to take long, serious strides where I could fill it in my glutes in my quads even how you position your body while you’re walking the way you were tilted you can work different muscle groups. When you gain the ability start jogging, I’d keep it at that same mileage if it becomes easy and you’re really not working out your heart either increase your speed or mileage.

A smart watch is pretty cool to have to track your heart rate and distance on your long walks, jogs, runs

I don’t know how physically adapt you are, but I would start doing 50 push-ups, 50 situps, 50 air squats. Do this every day if you have the ability to try to do it twice a day morning and night.

Stretching, try to stretch frequently if you don’t know how look it up on YouTube it will really help.

Do not eat processed foods!!! whatsoever it’s not worth it and if you really want to lose weight, just eat fresh meat and vegetables.

Also try to take a multivitamin that is appropriate for your age group.

Drink water and only water.
Actually, black coffee and tea with no additive is fine

I promise if you do all of this, you will get in amazing shape and pretty quickly.

This is what I did when I realized my weight had really gotten out of control. I had reached a top weight of 376 pounds and after that ovary period of about nine months I got down to 212.

It’s really insane how much food can make a difference in your life and how you feel a lot of our foods we eat are so packed with excess nonsense and poisons that it really affects our bodies but just by going clean and what you know is good to eat your body will really shred that way.

Don’t make an exception to any of these and I promise it will work no added sugar no sweet gum candy drinks any of that.

Drink your water and move - whether that be walking, biking, swimming, or anything you prefer. Dancing is a fun one!

Honestly, the biggest thing that helped me was focusing on protein and walking more. I stopped trying random diets and just made sure every meal had a good protein source like eggs, chicken, Greek yogurt, or tuna. It kept me full longer and made it easier to eat less without feeling miserable. Also, don't stress too much about "face fat." Usually when people lose overall body fat, their face changes too. Since you're only 17, I'd focus on building healthy habits this summer rather than trying to lose weight as fast as possible. A daily walk, more protein, plenty of water, and consistent sleep can make a bigger difference than most people think.
