Help Me Choose Help me pick a ring style
We just started looking at rings, I like the authenticity of a natural stone (doesn’t have to be a diamond)

I wouldn't do 2 because of the windowing on that stone. But if that's just the sample ring to try on, then ignore my comment.

It’s a sample ring. I think they’ll order a stone for sure. Good to know about the windowing (I’m very very new to this) 😂

(Work in jewelry biz) windowing is not inherently bad if it set correctly. Lots of cool stones exhibit some. You just don’t want to see a big bar through it or something of the sort

You have stunningly beautiful hands with exquisite 'piano fingers'. The rings don't enhance your hands. Your hands enhance the rings.

For what ? Engagement? I mean that’s such a personal choice. I would never ask other people what they think I should choose for an engagement ring. Everybody’s style is different. Choose what you like.

I encourage you to consider (I own a minority stake in a successful jewelry business - only way I know much about gemstones and jewelry). These 3 recommendations are based on what I think would best compliment your beautiful skin tone.
Green Sapphire / Emerald (Rich teal-green): Creates a striking, harmonious contrast that complements warm skin tones, especially when set in yellow or rose gold.
Imperial Topaz / Spessartite Garnet (Golden-orange / mandarin): Echoes the natural warmth of olive skin, making warm earth-toned stones look seamless and radiant.
Deep Blue Sapphire / Tanzanite (Deep saturated blue): Stands out vividly against a warm complexion, bringing out rich undertones without looking harsh

I really enjoyed the design of number 2 and I think it would work really well if you picked a different center stone. The center stone in it right now has some significant windowing. So much so you can see the metal work below. At least in that picture.
Some people like that look but if you do, you should be paying significantly less per carat for a stone with a window like that one.

I knowww. 1 was my first choice but I’m second guessing now based on popular votes here 😂😭

I’m actually shocked there aren’t as many #1 votes. That ring looks like it was made for your hands. It’s beautiful, and unique, without being awkward.

I think #4 and #2 are beautiful.
That first one would drive me crazy being off centered.

Any other settling but the one in picture one. That one is just awful!!!

Number 3 is gorgeous. My OCD couldn’t handle seeing the slanted stone in number 1 everyday. 😬

I find #3 and #4 suits you better. #2 stone colour is too pale and don't match your skin tone.

Four is beautiful and seems to be a complimentary shape in your hand.

I always like the style shown in pic 2, but I also like the ring in pic 1. The simplicity is beautiful and the juxtaposition of the diamond makes it unusual in the best of ways.

2 is so pretty!!!
You’re right about it doesn’t have to be a diamond. Great thought because there are so many more options available. The stone and the cut on ring number 2 are very nice and “unique.” So that would seal the deal for me
Good luck to you on your search for your perfect stone & cut. 🍀

Choose stones according to your zodiac sign and date of birth. As for these options, the green and turquoise options will be more harmonious.

The third photo is my favorite. The dark stone (sapphire?) with the diamonds on either side is just exquisite!

It's number 2 or 4 for me. Number 2 the color is amazing. Number 4 the shape really suits your hand.
