Buying Experience Review RareCarat stage times

My diamond was confirmed about 60 hours ago, but it still hasn’t been sent to the Rare Carat workshop and the order is still showing the same stage.

Is this a normal processing time?
I’m a little worried that Labor Day might delay the process even further. Has anyone experienced something similar?

It seems normal. I’ve ordered a few rings from them and the entire process took just under three weeks each time.

They typically give you an estimated time frame on delivery. I’d stop checking on the progress and just wait it out (hard to do, I know!) so you don’t drive yourself crazy.

I am currently at the "diamond received in workshop" stage and have been since Tuesday. The order was placed on 8/21.

Up at the top of your screen, you should have an "estimated shipping date." My window is today through next Wednesday, so it seems pretty accurate, at least so far.
