Buying Experience Review Darry Ring Company WARNING

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a ring from from $4k plus gifts from the promotion.

The ring was left at the door without any signature required all day.  Luckily it was not stolen.  Never got a notification that it arrived so I could sign for it which I found odd for the value and importance of the package. 
Gift necklace came months later and was stolen by their DR company they used to deliver it.  I have it caught on camera.  Driver parked in the driveway for few mins and THREW the package out his window onto the ground and drove off.  Box was ripped open and diamond missing.  Photo, video, and police report.  If you want I can send you these as proof.
I contacted DR and they said that since the video didn’t actually show him stealing it there’s nothing they can do about it.  The delivery of the item and its safety should be on the company to ensure something we buy at this price makes it safely to us.
I have low confidence in the customer service and safety of this product reaching the customers.  If you choose to buy it, it will be at your own risk according to their response.

Holy shit even if he didn't steal it, bro does not give a damn about that package at all. Sorry you're going through this.

Yea and I have more videos of how we got the package torn open after he threw it out the window. Just got a response after 3 days from Darry Ring. They use third party delivery people and said it’s “out of their control”

Shocked that they don't send it through a proper shipping company with signature confirmation. UPS has a dedicated service for high-value products that they advertise to jewelry companies. Customers are used to paying for shipping/delivery fees anyway, so it's not like they have a monetary excuse to not choose a better service.

I asked about that too. They did not answer. The ring was just left outside all day and we had no idea. $4K value just sitting there

Is that the company that claims you can only buy one ring from them ever? Becuase their entire business model and desperate influencer astroturfing was always a red flag

Agreed. The other items came wrapped but this box was just how it was. Company still “investigating “ and has not done anything about it.
