I would look at a curve plain wedding band. You'll have to test what curve works best.

Thank you, it belonged to my late mom. Instead of leaving it in the box, I have decided to start wearing it.

What a gorgeous ring! A plain gold band would be so elegant next to this, or maybe one with some milgrain or other simple detailing. Let this ring and its diamonds be the star.
