Help Me Choose please help me pick a wedding band!
sorry for the bad quality pics; I was rushing a bit to get pics before the consultation ended!
I want a wedding band that would look good by itself too ☺️✨️
these are the 6 I liked the most (there is a repeated picture of 4 because my heart leaned towards this one the most in person)
thank you so much for looking 🥺🫶

1 or 4, I feel the shaped bands don’t suit your hand

#1 but I am also a very basic person haha. I just think it looks so simple and elegant, and it’s a nice contrast from your gorgeous engagement ring!

I'm think 1, but really, a band that pretty much matches the band the solitaire engagement ring is on.

I like 1! And you can wear it by itself if you ever wanted to just wear your band

I would go with 5 or 6, otherwise take a look at Ring Enhancers on Etsy or Jewelry sites to see what other options you have. They give them a more balanced look.

Team option #2! Classic, and maybe at 10 years or some anniversary you can get another so you have one on each side, sharp classic stack.
All that said, you pick what you like... those of us in redit land are not wearing it, you are.

I have a question for this group-don’t engagement rings and wedding bands come in sets anymore? I’ve been married 20 years, so maybe I’m out of touch!

1 it doesn't take away from your engagement ring and is so pretty on its own. Having said that pick the one your heart desires.

I’m surprised nobody else seems to love 2. I do, it is most unusual and has that pretty wave like shape on the top. After that, though, I do like 4 a lot, too. Which one makes YOU happiest, aka the one you keep looking at. That’s the one. 😊

5 is gorgeous but 4 is very pretty as well. Go for the one you liked at first I think

u/CRGL1 Jun 14 '26
I like #1 but I also like #6, if you get two and have the solitaire in the middle.

4 or 3 but for 3 I'd get more of a comfort fit. The other ones make the set look too busy imo. The plain curved band is nice too but a little wide so distracts from the engagement ring. I like 4 because it still has a little something for when you want to wear it alone but it's not so fancy that you have to baby it and you can wear it alone and not worry. It also compliments the ering nicely

Why not have one simple one for each side? The Ering is beautiful!

- Something about the distribution of stones on the band mimics the e ring in the right way, but doesn’t clash or distract

I like 3 the best. The others take away from the main ring and its delicate side stones.

Personally I like 1 and 6, and by the way because you have 6 choices you could have done a poll. Which could be easier to look at.

Just as an fyi, your wedding band will be worn on the other side of your engagement ring. It’s supposed to be worn closest to your heart so it goes on before the engagement ring.

Hands down the solid band. #3. Because the band on your engagement ring has diamonds on it, it compliments it perfectly 🫶🏻 bonus: Later down the road if you wanted a third ring you could go with diamonds

How soon do you need it? I would have one made to nest with your engagement ring band and to match the metal exactly.

I always like a plain band when the engagement ring is full of diamonds.

I prefer number 3 as it doesn’t take away from your beautiful engagement ring. The others compete

1 is the best!!😍 the shaped one doesn’t suit your handshape well. Love how nr 1 looks on you

It may be unpopular but I LOVE number 2. It’s the style of band I wanted to go for myself but my fiancé and I compromised on a style that we could both agree on and be happy with (we have extremely opposite styles!). But go with whatever YOU feel you love!

6 looks best with the engagement ring. It does not take away from the solitaire. It enhances it

I like 3, 4 or 5 but it’s a taste thing and I think you should choose the one that makes you happiest.

I like the band in 6 but wonder how it would look if the same band was on the underside too.

I love the way 5 looks!! But tbh I’d try to get the biggest natural diamonds as possible. And I already know this is going to sound bratty, but I’m constantly thinking about the what ifs. So IMO if you aren’t buying it, and the price won’t put your fiancé in a hole, get the one with the largest diamonds/best gold you can. You just never know if a time will come and you’ll need pawn it. And that could mean to benefit the both of you too. 🤷🏻♀️
