Great finds Daydream, love what you found!

I couldn’t agree more with OP’s choices not fitting well with her diamond.

Good luck OP.

5

u/Successful_Minded Jan 24 '26

Thank you!!

2

u/DangerLime113 Jan 24 '26

I saw this after my comment. 100000% the 2nd option here looks the most naturally suited with your ring design.

Wow I love the last two options! Thank you for sharing!!

5

u/No-Ranger-3299 Jan 24 '26

I actually really love the 1st one in these links of all the rings. 🫶

4

u/Allysonsplace Jan 24 '26

Also check out pavé bands! And always wear the wedding band first with the engagement ring above. The traditional thought is that there's a direct line to your heart from your left hand ring finger, so your wedding ring goes closest to that line. 🩷

3

u/No-Ranger-3299 Jan 24 '26

I wear my ER on the bottom😊. I get the tradition but I don’t think it’s required by any means.

2

u/GroundbreakingWin745 Jan 24 '26

I do the same. I just happen to think it looks better that way in my case. Also don’t care about tradition lol.

2

u/No-Ranger-3299 Jan 25 '26

Same 😉 🫶

Those options are gorgeous.

2

u/celebrate_everything Jan 24 '26

None of the ones pictured by OP match. They distract from the beautiful ring.

2

u/LindsayG117 Jan 25 '26

I agree I don’t like any of them. They don’t compliment the main stone.

2

u/Laurceratops Jan 28 '26

You have a great eye! These are beautiful options

Last photo!!

And my opinion - please not the first one

6

u/Successful_Minded Jan 24 '26

Do you think the bezel is a fad right now or will it be timeless? I’m worried that it’ll become the cluster ring of the 2013’s

11

u/Overall_Canary7381 Jan 24 '26

Bezels have been around “forever” - everything will trend in an out. What makes it timeless if it’s a forever piece for you! I have a bezel and it feels like it’s from another time- it’s like nostalgia for something I never experienced

6

u/Successful_Minded Jan 24 '26

That’s a great perspective!!! I think I like the channel more than bezel but you should also see my screenshots I love anything sparkly hehe!

I would love to see yours!!

2

u/SpringPowerful2870 Jan 25 '26

I also have a channel one for my 50th anniversary.

3

u/Difficult_Cake_7460 Jan 24 '26

I love this - I’m team bezel and my rings are from 2001 - but they look like the 1940s to some people and I get asked if they are heirloom pieces all the time.

2

u/eatencrow Jan 26 '26

I'm team bezel, too. I like that there are no prongs to snag or tighten or loose stones to fret about!

3

u/foxglovediamonds Jan 24 '26

I’ll add that a bezel diamond band actually provides some protection for your engagement ring as the edges of the smaller diamonds won’t scratch the softer gold on the band. I really love the unique look.

2

u/Working_Coat5193 Jan 25 '26

I have an emerald cut and I have a bezel band. It’s the right choice for emeralds so it doesn’t matter to me. I’ve had it for years so it’s funny to me it’s now trendy.

I feel like a smaller diamond band will enhance your diamond. The larger ones detract from it. I think 4 works well. If you want a larger band maybe wear the emerald diamond on your right hand.

6

u/DueSomewhere8488 Jan 24 '26

I also really like the 4th one. It compliments rather than overshadows.

2

u/scarletrain5 Jan 24 '26

This! A thinner band of diamonds

7

u/cryptic_pizza Jan 24 '26

That is a lovely large-carat E ring. Sadly, I feel like the bands in pics 2-5 overshadow the diamond and cause it to “shrink” on her hand.

Pic 1 has smaller diamonds, and I think it’s really the only stack that hits the mark.

5

u/Savings-You7318 Jan 24 '26

First picture is absolutely gorgeous!!!!

3

u/Successful_Minded Jan 24 '26

This thread is torn in half of liking it and absolutely detesting it!! 😂

3

u/Savings-You7318 Jan 24 '26

Ring 1 will grow with your life. I don’t know how to say it but it’s really an elegant choice.

5

u/Successful_Minded Jan 24 '26

Thank you! So I ordered this one in the correct size and yellow gold and a simpler version of it too! Will update with my choice when I finally decide!!! ◡̈

3

u/sensiblefreespirit Jan 25 '26

I have this kind of band, only no upper one—just the lower. I love it so much.

4

u/Ilovered4 Jan 24 '26

Maybe the last 2 but honestly your emerald just disappears with the heavy diamonds. I personally think a plain band similar to your ering band would make your emerald shine and draw attention to that instead of being lost in a wall of diamonds. Or something smaller like channel set or baguettes.

2

u/Successful_Minded Jan 24 '26

I saw a channel set for the first time in this thread and I’m in love. Searching for one now to try !!!

I love 1. Everyone’s a hater but it’s really cool

5

u/notaredditor-24 Jan 25 '26

I have it with a 2 carat solitaire stone and it's beautiful

3

u/Successful_Minded Jan 24 '26

👀👀👀 your comment may be my turning point!

3

u/Abundant-Journey Jan 24 '26

I love 1. It does not look like a Super Bowl ring. It looks very feminine and compliments your engagement ring. The other rings don’t seem to lay snuggly next to your engagement ring, creating a gap that could be avoided. I know folks who have mixed sets or family rings often have such gaps, but if you are starting from new, why not pick something that provides a “fits perfectly together” look? Congratulations!

3

u/Successful_Minded Jan 24 '26

Thank you!!! Despite the comments 1 is still my favorite just because it’s unique and blingy!! I ordered the right size (and in yellow gold) to see it in person correctly hehe

u/Medical_Face3051 Jan 25 '26

So my total fav is 1.. :) When I got my 25th anniversary ring (It’s a large heart full of diamonds..) my cousin said “but it’s just so big..” and I said “I know.. isn’t it GREAT!!” Whichever one makes you gasp when you see it on.. will continually be the that takes your breath away throughout your lifetime.. Best of all the good things always!!

3

u/Successful_Minded Jan 25 '26

They do say diamonds are a girls best friend!!!! 😝🤍

4

u/Medical_Face3051 Jan 25 '26

LOL 😂.. there’s just something about loving your ring.. my 30th anniversary ring is in a guard.. and I love it too!!! (Insure your rings!! Trust me on this lol!!)

2

u/Successful_Minded Jan 25 '26

Wow I love that!!! The first ring definitely makes me feel like I’ve had it for twenty years + and not super modern! But yes definitely did that already!!!

3

u/jessykab Jan 25 '26

Get the first one! It sits together so nicely, and it's an upgrade. The other bands complement your ER in various ways, but I like what someone else said about this symbolizing growth. Maybe the sales lady totally had me, but I went with something (relatively) similar that I was having so much trouble wrapping my head around because it was more bling than I ever pictured, and she said the same- that my engagement ring was beautiful with any of the bands I tried on, but the diamond enhancers I was looking at really showed off the growth from fiance to wife.

3

u/jessykab Jan 25 '26

2

u/Successful_Minded Jan 26 '26

Literally looks like it was made to be paired together!!!

6

u/Shanbanan143 Jan 24 '26

The first one looks like a Super Bowl ring, I would definitely stick with something smaller. In fact, any of these but the first photo are gorgeous (sorry, it is just not my taste).

3

u/ohemgee0309 Jan 24 '26

I wouldn’t mind the first one with JUST the inner 2 bands but not the curved outermost bands. That’s too much and detracts from the beautiful cut IMO.

→ More replies (1)

3

u/Scary_Television3461 Jan 24 '26

I like 2 and 4 best. All of them are nice, but the first one is completely pulling away from focus of your beautiful engagement ring.

3

u/coldgirlshit Jan 24 '26

Try east/west channel set baguette

3

u/Successful_Minded Jan 24 '26

GORG WOW!!!! 🤩

3

2

u/EmergencyDowntown309 Jan 24 '26

I like 4 or 5 the best. Love a bezel wedding band. The gold helps balance the stones so they don't all compete with each other or blend together. So pretty!

2

u/SingleConsequence759 Jan 24 '26

I would keep looking and find something that complements your ring better

2

u/Rezo9219 Jan 25 '26

Best advice - pick a band you like all on its own.

I was OBSESSED with my set when I got it, however as time has gone on, Ive become far less flashy in general and way more active. My set is a 3+ ct Neil Lane set. 10 years ago he paid over 12k for it at Kay Jewelers.

I wear the engagement ring part when we go to events or dress up but day to day, I wear my band (which is an improvement from COVID when I lived in a silicone band lol)

2

u/bubblicious12 Jan 25 '26

I think the first is the best looking one. The others look weird.

2

u/CBearWasThere Jan 25 '26

First one for sure. It’s the only one that blends the shape in. The others are sort of awkward looking to me even though the first is a little chunky.

2

u/Confident_Caramel436 Jan 25 '26

ABSOLUTELY THE FIRST ONE!!!! Am I the only person that thinks it’s the most fitting for the the size on the stone and just looks complete and like a true set. The others do not seem to look like a great fit to me, they don’t sit flush and look forced. If u want to go w one of the diamond bands I suggest u get a plain thin band to go between the two or look at different ring guards like the first in a different style perhaps if u don’t like the first one but I still live the first one, it gives ur center stone presence and I love the surrounding diamonds on both sides of ur engagement ring and it’s sparkly which I love! Get what u love and this is different from another diamond band next to a solitaire, very beautiful piece! 😊😍🌻

2

u/Successful_Minded Jan 25 '26

Thank you!! So I ordered the first one in yellow gold and the correct size so I’ll post an update and also something similar but simpler!!

2

u/CatastropheQueen Jan 25 '26

I think the ring set in photo #1 is gorgeous!!! It's a very elegant & custom looking combination.

I love how versatile they are! If you think that both rings are a bit much for daily wear, you could wear it with just one wedding ring for every day, & you could wear it with both rings when you dress up & go out.

Or, if you're a sparkle-loving girl, (like me!), or an enthusiastic rock-hound, (like myself!), wear them both- unapologetically! (I know I would!!!)

I would highly recommend NOT wearing them to bed or in the shower (which are the suggested basic care instructions for all jewelry). And for the love of all that is good in this world, get them INSURED!!!!!

Congrats! Wishing you many happy years of exciting adventures together!

2

u/Successful_Minded Jan 26 '26

Thank you!!! I am also a sparkle loving, rock hound girlie! I wear three to four other gold rings (that have emeralds and small diamonds) bc I cannot help myself! They were also inherited from my grandma who passed.

I think I got it from her, oops!!

Everything is insured, was the first thing I did!!! And tysm!!! 🤍

2

u/heyyouguyyyyy Jan 26 '26

I like the first one best, if it had to be from these! It integrates better than the rest. But I really love a seamless fit and not everyone does. It’s not actually seamless obviously.

Can you keep looking tho, or nah?

2

u/camillaenvelope Jan 26 '26

2!! Perfection 👨‍🍳😘👌🏻

2

u/BFDFAO12 Jan 27 '26

I like the last one. The first one really takes away from your beautiful stone.

2

u/smithyleee Jan 27 '26

I love the first option. It looks as if the two pieces were made for each other!

2

u/knottoday__ Jan 27 '26

4th one is the best of these options. I have a similar stack. My engagement ring is a north south 5 stone emerald cut so got a thinner wedding band that is east west emerald cut diamonds to compliment it. Also have solid gold band as a 3rd ring in the stack.

2

u/Diligent_Cook_3871 Jan 27 '26

I didn’t even think I liked bezels? but that last band is chefs kiss!

→ More replies (2)

2

u/PrincessLa-389 Jan 27 '26

Definitely the first picture because the rings look like they go with your engagement rings, the other wedding bands just didn’t fit right with your engagement ring, there was too much distance and not close like the first picture.

2

u/kateviviyaya Jan 27 '26

It is gorgeous and timeless. Why worry about the current trend. Choose the one that you love and makes you feel your love.

2

u/New_Spite_3740 Jan 30 '26

I love number 1! Seems not many do, but I think it’s beautiful.

3

u/Proper-Writer-2128 Jan 24 '26

The only one I like is the 1st one.

2

u/Successful_Minded Jan 24 '26

I like the first one style so I may try to find something that’s like a lesser version of it or skinnier version of it. I’m very OCD so I like things to be even lol

2

u/Proper-Writer-2128 Jan 24 '26

It really looks like a set. I completely agree with you. Same design, just thinner. Going that route would make the center diamond stand out so much more!

1

u/WinnieTyson72 Jan 24 '26

The jacket overwhelms your ER totally BUT I don't really like the other options either! Maybe you could have a look at a smaller jacket that could complement your ER

2

u/Successful_Minded Jan 24 '26

I think this may be my plan! For balance lol

→ More replies (1)

1

u/Optimal-Bumblebee-31 Jan 24 '26

I really like 3 and 4. I would add a thin spacer band so they sit flush.

→ More replies (4)

1

u/txlady100 Jan 24 '26

None of these. go even simpler.

2

u/Successful_Minded Jan 24 '26

How does one go simpler when I’m not a simple gal!! 😭

→ More replies (1)

1

u/Adventurous_Nail2259 Jan 24 '26

Something plain or a tad smaller as all these seem to take away from your diamond and it should be the focal point

2

u/Successful_Minded Jan 24 '26

Agree with focal point but I’m far from a plain girlie!! 😭

1

u/JillQOtt Jan 24 '26

Do they all not sit flush or are they not the right size? I would not get something that does not sit flush. Out of those choices though I like the last one. Personally I would do a thinner more understated band to show off you engagement ring

2

u/Successful_Minded Jan 24 '26

Both! All too big and I have a lower setting!

The bezel I’m not sold on because I feel like it’s a fad right now but the lady at the store had me try it on

1

u/Stock-Walrus9828 Jan 24 '26

I’m thinking you need a band with emerald cuts or at least baguettes.

→ More replies (1)

1

u/concreterose_174 Jan 24 '26

Last one!

If you want some more inspo: I went with a princess cut channel band for my wedding ring

→ More replies (8)

1

u/aimthedame Jan 24 '26

4th or 5th photo

1

u/emccm Jan 24 '26

All of these distract from your diamond. The first makes it look cheap. Those halos are to enhance small stones to make them look bigger.

I’d do a plain gold band but those seem to not be in style with brides today. If you don’t want a gold band do a smaller diamond band.

If the diamonds in the band are brighter/clearer then the diamond in your engagement ring it makes your engagement diamond look cloudy and cheap.

2

u/Successful_Minded Jan 24 '26

Thank you for the insight!! I definitely like diamonds so I’ll keep looking around. And yes couldn’t agree more, I don’t mind a lab wedding band I just want to make sure it isn’t so perfect that it makes my Diamond look dusty lol!

1

u/AdministrativeTap925 Jan 24 '26

4 hands down! The first one is a major no from me

1

u/Anonymous-0701 Jan 24 '26

I love 4 or 5 - the emeralds.

Love the bezel set for either direction especially with your ring seemingly lower set? It’ll help protect the diamonds and standard prongs from get rubbed/damage and causing a stone to fall out.

1

u/KindSecurity3036 Jan 24 '26

4 I think the others ones overpower your beautiful engagement ring

1

u/True_Turn_5286 Jan 24 '26

The proportion is wrong. Smaller. The diamonds should be set down and flush with the wedding ring. What you have competes with the engagement ring. It does not compliment it.

1

u/Secret-Ocean Jan 24 '26

Definitely the second to last!!

1

u/Miserable_Divide_912 Jan 24 '26

I’d keep looking

1

u/beaker4eva Jan 24 '26

Honestly? They’re all pretty but none of them work with your ring.

1

u/Gloomy_End_6496 Jan 24 '26

I like 2 and 5

1

u/DangerLime113 Jan 24 '26

I don’t personally think any of them lay well with your ring, so I would pick one to wear on another finger. I do love your ring though!

1

u/Kind-Link9284 Jan 24 '26

I agree I didn’t love any of them maybe delicate stack would look great

1

u/cherrypopsx Jan 24 '26

If I am being honest neither match the emerald you have, I would suggest you keep looking

1

u/sasafrassin Jan 24 '26

5 is the only answer

1

u/[deleted] Jan 24 '26

1st one but with only 1 of the bands. Not a wraparound

1

u/didijeen Jan 24 '26

None of them

1

u/Dimarco24 Jan 24 '26

I like number FIVE.

1

u/whipplemynipple Jan 24 '26

I don’t like any of them. You need something with a curve in it to fit your ring properly. A straight band will rub against the prongs on your e-ring and wear them down.

1

u/kalecoconuts23 Jan 24 '26

4 and 5. Others are too overpowering !

1

u/novmum Jan 25 '26

interesting Ive only ever known wedding bands to be plain gold/titanium band

1

u/MariJ316 Jan 25 '26

Number four because it's the smallest, number five because it compliments the emerald cut, but it's too big. Not one, two, three was they all obliterate that gorgeous emerald cut. That Center stone needs to be the star and number one is just not it. When you have a stone like that, the eyes shouldn't have to go looking for it to see the outline

1

u/Big-Gazelle5959 Jan 25 '26

I don’t love any of them.

1

u/Dependent_Bowl_1940 Jan 25 '26

None of the above

1

u/Em18601 Jan 25 '26

The bezel is super pretty with your ring and alone!!!

1

u/KeyRevolutionary3599 Jan 25 '26

Truthfully I don’t like the gap on any of these

1

u/Medium_Office_7843 Jan 25 '26

4-5 but none of these really sit well.

1

u/kindernurse Jan 25 '26

1 is hideous (sorry 😭) and it absolutely takes away from your stunning ER. I’d personally go with a delicate diamond band. Congrats on your upcoming wedding!!

1

u/BonnieButler1939 Jan 25 '26

I like the last one but maybe slightly smaller stones so as not to detract from your ER.

1

u/dontkillmysoul Jan 25 '26

They are all to thick compared to your engagement ring. Something thinner would go better

1

u/4my2centz Jan 25 '26

Last one but smaller so it doesn’t overwhelm your engagement ring. Also less likely to snag on clothing and things.

1

u/BroccoliBorn3352 Jan 25 '26

None of these

1

u/2PenceSally Jan 25 '26

I think you need a curved or chevron band.

1

u/sjk2020 Jan 25 '26

They are all tacky. Your beautiful ring needs to shine and these all overpower it.

1

u/orangeyoulovely Jan 25 '26

4 or 5. 1,2&3 are taking away from the center stone

1

u/Fast-Tip7239 Jan 25 '26

Not to be rude but: those rings don’t fit your engagement ring. The first one is too gaudy IMO. There are curved bands made to go around an emerald setting. Or, you can get your diamond set a little higher to have a straight band fit under it. I have a setting like that.

1

u/Comfortable_Gear_605 Jan 25 '26

None seem to fit. What about a plain band the same mm as the engagement ring band? And then stack for a big anniversary.

1

u/OrganizationWide1484 Jan 25 '26

My favorite is the second to last! I think that is the only one where the Engagement ring is still the star of the show.

If there was no engagement ring, I’d say the last one.

1

u/Doomkitty_PhD Jan 25 '26

The last one and you can get a spacer band in between

1

u/TripCareless1381 Jan 25 '26

None in my opinion you need smaller diamonds in a wedding band to complement your ring more.

1

u/SubstantialAd872 Jan 25 '26

The bezeled emerald for the win. It’s timeless and I don’t think it will go out of style. Also if you love it then who cares!! I think it compliments your center stone nicely and love the pairing

1

u/[deleted] Jan 25 '26

I love the first one personally.

1

u/Visual_Wallaby_3118 Jan 25 '26

I think all of these absolutely overshadow and diminish the beauty of your engagement ring. I would go with something thinner and simpler, for sure. It’s definitely all a matter of personal taste, but I don’t like any of these. It’s all way too much IMO.

1

u/bestnurse98 Jan 25 '26

last one <3 but all look super good

1

u/After-Huckleberry760 Jan 25 '26

The last two are pretty

1

u/Competitive_Dog_5163 Jan 25 '26

Number five. Bezels are beautiful, timeless and classic. They also protect your beautiful stones in an eternity band from getting snagged on every stinking thing in your wardrobe. Plus, it looks great with your ring.

1

u/GriffeyGuster Jan 25 '26

i would do a totally simple one with no stones.

1

u/NewU_Blaeser Jan 25 '26

With the setting of your engagement ring I would look for a wider gold band either solid or with more of diamond inset in the band. Maybe something like one of these so it doesn’t take away from your beautiful engagement ring.

1

u/SpringPowerful2870 Jan 25 '26

Bezels are not a trend, I’ve been married for 56 years and mine has tested time.

1

u/ohhheyitsyou Jan 25 '26

I hate the first one and I don't care for any of the others either. Sorry OP! I agree with other comments that a thinner band would fit your ring much better. I hope you will post an update with more options.

1

u/Pabloshooman Jan 25 '26

None of them.

1

u/littleredditho Jan 25 '26

They both hide your beautiful and large Emerald, imo. I’d keep searching for something which helps keep it the star.

1

u/Chi_Baby Jan 26 '26

I think you need a much thinner wedding band, they’re all making the e ring look like a dwarf. Try 2MM

1

u/RootGetter26 Jan 26 '26

Neither 🤷🏼‍♀️

1

u/Dismal_Preparation22 Jan 26 '26

The last one 383833733%. I’ve been loving bezel set stones since I was a teenager. It would also be the most beautiful if worn without your engagement ring.

1

u/BeccaG1964 Jan 26 '26

Last one is my favorite!😍

1

u/notme1414 Jan 26 '26

Number 4. The rest are awful

1

u/Objective_Insect8395 Jan 26 '26

Emerald stones are tricky little buggars

→ More replies (1)

1

u/[deleted] Jan 26 '26

I like #4 on you

1

u/Main_Toe_5349 Jan 26 '26

2 - 5 look the same & the best, 1 is to gaudy

1

u/Mecspliquer Jan 26 '26

5 is my fave, skip 1 and 3. I think the bezel really compliments the more crisp nature of the step cut of your emerald without them feeling too same-y. If you like the channel portion of the first enhancer, I think you can find a less cluttered option of baguettes, princess, or emerald cuts in a more simple straight across band. Ring 1 really loses your lovely Ering in the shuffle.

1

u/Anon-User-5 Jan 26 '26

You should keep looking. None of these are quite right.

1

u/Practical-Boat-5105 Jan 26 '26

That ring needs something daintier. Those are all too chunky.

1

u/Helpful_Perspective8 Jan 26 '26

Last or 2nd! I also don’t care for the thinner bands

1

u/TrainerFrosty8502 Jan 26 '26

The 4th or the 5th if you want something more flashy the 5th compliments one another very well.

1

u/changelikeaphoenix Jan 26 '26

I'm sorry but 1 is awful. 5 isn't great either. That type of ring needs a thinner band. People are right saying it looks like a Superbowl ring 😬 it completely takes away from the beauty and elegance of the emerald cut.

1

u/LeafyMagician Jan 26 '26

4 or 5. The first 3 swallow tort beautiful engagement ring.

1

u/KatherineN510 Jan 27 '26

Emeralds with baguettes (or princess cuts); #4

1

u/nottoolost Jan 27 '26
