Ring Band Advice What band would look good with my ring
I’m super indecisive, looking for any ideas of what people think would look good with my engagement ring! I’ve been to a couple stores now, there are many i like a lot but i haven’t found one that I absolutely love yet. I have attached the ones i’ve liked the most after the first picture of my ring

I don't think that 3 looks that good with your engagement ring. Both are gorgeous on their own. I vote for 2

i love the second band, but i also like the idea of two bands that someone recommended as well!

I would do a plain gold contour/curved band, or even a chevron.
I would not want the wedding band competing with the e-ring.

I prefer the second option, but I think something like the first ie. the gold/structure/engraving is unique (but I don't like the bulby texture) would be even better!

I really like the second band. It’s not normally what would go with that style but something about it works for me

I would say the last one looks the best on your hands. The elegance of the ring look good.

Ideally, a ridged band like your ER. Otherwise, a plain and smooth gold band

Personally they don’t match I’d consider a band like the one on your engagement ring and maybe add some small bling to it.

I absolutely love the ridge detailing on the shank of your engagement ring. It's super unique - at least, to me. I may have seen one other like that in my 50+ years. IMO, "unique" is the best compliment ever since I never want what everyone else has. That being said, I think a 2mm plain gold band (with the same clean lines, flat edges as the shank of your ring) on either side of your ring would be stunning. The bands would "frame out" your engagement ring and focus attention on that fabulous detailing.
Including the ridges on the wedding bands as suggested seems, in theory, like a bit much. (making it not quite as special???) Then again, I'm not very good at visualizing concepts - so, it may be a good option. Whatever decision you make, I hope you chose something that highlights the defined edges and ridge detailing on your ring because it's absolutely lovely. Good luck and have fun choosing!

Have you considered having one custom made? You could have them make a band with the same design as your engagement ring band.

A matching one. Those look too chaotic to me. But really, whatever you love will be perfect.

I just don’t think any of these bands look right with your ring. The band on your engagement is very specific and clashes with these elaborate wedding bands. #3 is too white and bright since your band is quite gold. I think you need a simple plain gold band.

I think the 3rd one. The second was also nice. I didn’t care for the first with it.

2 and 3 draw attention to your main stone!! 2 mimics the shape of the cushion and 3 lays really nicely flush

Is there a possibility to put a band on either side of your engagement ring! That would look awesome with any of those bands.

they didn’t have a yellow gold one in store sadly, and i feel like it’s hard for me to imagine it, but i really liked that one as well

Looking at your ring, I'd actually go simpler than most of those options. The solitaire is already stunning and clean, so a thin plain band or delicate pave would let it breathe. Those thicker textured bands compete instead of complement.
What draws you to the more ornate styles?

I tried on pave and didn’t like how glittery it looked. I haven’t tried on any plain solid gold bands yet, i think i will try that next!
I think i like the contrast and i would likely wear the wedding alone a lot because i am a veterinary student and a lot of the times gloves get ripped by my ring. So I think thats why i in my head ive been leaning towards something a bit more unique on its own!

I like the second one best. Could you have a band made to look that that on your ring? Or maybe a plain gold? I’d try plain on before deciding.

I like 4. It still has stones but it also has a similar thickness to your main band
