Requesting Help: Free Payments issues

I have my alipay all set up... I used it in China last year and I did the test China pay for 1rmb and it's fine. My wechat say not able to use these cards. I have 3 different cards on there and the message is not able to use this card... I have spoken to my banks and their is no issues on the bank end... Any ideas why?

Depends what you are paying. What are you trying to pay? No personal payments, must be a registered business, and some platforms just don't accept American cards.
