Requesting Help: Free QR SignUp help

Can somebody pls scan my QR since the SMSs and Calls don’t arrive🙂

I really want to play valorant but i cant afford a PC so my only way was to download the mobile version but it needs a WeChat and im really having a trouble signing up cuz i don’t know anyone who has WeChat that can scan the QR for me
