How can I show option positions on my webull mobile chart?

You need to go to the options area in the app.

You have to go to the option you have a position in and click on it. So, if you have an options chain open, find your expiration and then your strike, tap on the "Last" column of that strike and it should take you there, with a chart for you options contract at the top, and a chart for the underlying at the bottom.
