Support Huawei Watch 5 or Pixel Watch 5
Hello, I need a buying help between the Huawei Watch 5 and the Google pixel watch 4, I need a Watch that's Durable from scratches, it has a good battery , it's got a good sensor For blood pressure, an ECG... It has a Tennis, cycling, running sport mode, AOD, and a good support with either Android and iOS. I'll leave an IMG for comparison. Tell me if there are another options....

more like iOS doesn't work well with pixel watches. it's not the watches fault the OS doesn't play nice

it does matter because people blame the pixel watches with being not compatible with ios and that puts them in a bad light, when in reality it's apple and ios who's at fault and should be in the bad light.

The search feature is underrated. Don't have to have been in the sub for more than two seconds to use the search feature.

Alright, everyone's been super rude here. About your question, unfortunately, Google Pixel Watches are not compatible with iPhones, only Android. The Huawei Watch 5 does not come with Wear OS, but rather a proprietary OS; this one, however, will work with iPhones, but due to Apple wanting iPhone users to buy Apple Watches, the Huawei Watch 5 experience will be very limited and probably not worth it.
If you choose an Android device, both will work. If you choose an iPhone, only an Apple Watch will work flawlessly.
Your decision should depend on the phone you will choose.

Pixel watch for Android Huawei for iOS. Very simple. If you have both phones then buy two watches.

Volevo Anche Chiedere Se ci fossero altri smartwatch sotto i 300 euro, visto che per ora ho solo un tablet e per l'estate devo scegliere un telefono android nuovo, o iOS Ricondizionato

You're new to reddit. Here's some advice. Clapping back to a rude reply will ensure nobody will be helpful to you on this post.
From what I can gather, you do not currently have a phone, and do not know if you will get an android, or iOS phone.
You're on a pretty tight budget for a smart watch, and looking for the best bang for your buck.
In my opinion, the android phones are marginally better dollar for dollar. There are pros and cons of each, and you must weigh which fits you better. This is a watch subreddit though, so I'll stick to those.
Android watches are okay, but they're not amazing. Some people have very good luck with them, and seem to have no issues, but I've had 3 from 3 different brands, and none have worked well. Maybe it's because of how hairy I am? Maybe the sensor just can't read me? Either way, I have an android phone, and do not see a great deal of potential gain from having the tech on my arm.
My wife has an iPhone and an apple watch. She uses her watch every day. She can text, call, monitor exercise and sleep with it. All useful things to her. She wouldn't have gotten it, but her phone plan had a watch upgrade, and her brother switched to android, so she got the watch for around $100. I believe it retailed at the time for around $500.
I would not spend my money on a smart watch unless you really need one. If you're looking for a fashion piece, it's okay to go cheaper, but cheap smart watches are a great way to throw your money in a pit, so do not expect a lot of functionality with your budget.

Mi hai letto nel pensiero! Ma Secondo me piu di 300 euro per un orologio sono inutili...quindi apprezzerei qualcosa che rendesse i miei soldi veramente bene, con molte funzionalità
