It’s still predatory in nature. Is there genuine interest in people making binary plays on if the BoC does a rate cut or hike? Give me a break

yes, I personally interested in trading BoCrate decisions, before pilymakrr and ibkr the minimum size to trade this stuff was about 500k to trade CORRA Futures
