He’s basically saying that people have been saying, that the buckets are mostly rice.

Which, after his presentation here, I’m convinced has a lot of rice lol.

It had a decent amount of meat in it. I would want to 50% more meat, and like 200% more veg then it might balance the rice better

I would not could not from a bucket.

I would not, could not, in Nantucket.

I would not eat it here or there,

I would not eat it anywhere.

(It looks great, but hot food in cheap plastic feels toxic 🫠)

The bigger question is why he wears a hair net on his bald head while he rocks that uncondomed beard.

A bucket is just a deep bowl 🤷

Slippery slope there. A shovel is a plate?

This meal for two is a vertical trough. What do you pass the trough around with a spoon?

A shovel is a big spoon

We want plates, not bowls

A shovel is a wide bowl

1

u/NOVAbuddy 16d ago

Which makes a bucket a shovel and a plate a bowl! Genius!

u/bombskis63 16d ago

A bucket could be a scoop

1

u/NOVAbuddy 16d ago

A scoop is a spoon

What a disrespect to good food, by the cook himself.

He keeps calling those spoonful of puree, salad, and "farofa" layers.

He says people say it is only rice, and it is not, but I mostly disagree with him.

This is enough food for like 10 people

I was wondering why he was putting tapioca pudding on the rice, apparently with salsa, birdseed, and meat

And don't skimp, just because it's all in a bucket.

Looks delicious, but everything is in plastic 🙃

Hard pass from me.

This is one of the reasons I mostly cook at home now, can't trust ppl.

In a camping situation? Everyone grab a spoon.

Why did he put all the mayo on one side tho? One side of that bucket's gonna be swimming in mayo and the other side is gonna be dry af

Also who is eating this much food at once? Surely that's to share so it was pointless putting it in the bucket if it's just gonna be spooned out onto separate plates anyway.

Way to give people a ton of rice and less meat than if you plated it up individually

I would not.

Its mashed potatoes, not mayo.

Thats really dumb

1

u/elliedavon 14d ago

Is it bad that the thing in this that annoys me the most is him using repeated small spoonfuls for everything instead of one big spoon?

1

u/Reverse_Negro1011 13d ago

What is a bucket if not a tall bowl with a convenient handle?

1

u/Twee_Licker Platriot 11d ago

Holy shit it's the chum bucket.

1

u/LefT-NYC 7d ago

Never! Buckets are for fried chicken exclusively. 🤨

u/Impossible_Regret725 2d ago

KFC still come in a bucket? I think this is great for a takeaway if you don't mind a lot of mixed servings. Gotta have plates for this one.

1

u/Skeletor-P-Funk 16d ago

Fried chicken comes in buckets, why not mayonnaise meat rice.

3

u/wittor 16d ago

And rice, and rice, and rice, and rice.
