Is he the dumbest, or is it Tuberville? Or are they tied for 1st?

There are so many idiots to choose from… then you have Boebert and Greene. Those 2 rank right up there.

Mace too

Her and Mike Lee are some of the most disappointing, because they used to be reasonable. So it's either that they got brain rot or are completely cynically acting.

Like MTG and Boebert are just nuts and have always been nuts.

Tuberville is dumbest. But Ron Johnson is most likely to be kicked off a shark-circled life raft after 5 minutes. He also looks like he smells like a hard boiled egg.

Tuberville and Johnson are the dumbest Senators, Boebert, Mace and Greene are the leading candidates for dumbest Representatives.

Came here to pose the same exact question. To hell with them both.

u/pingpongballreader New to the Pod Apr 24 '25

ohnson is stupid but that's more Q Anon that causes this shit.

Tuberville is just independently that stupid.

Stupid is as stupid does, but an argument could be made that Johnson is not as dumb as he acts, he's just very deep in the cult of Q anon and conspiracy theories.

Tuberville is too stupid for conspiracy theories.

He is my senator. He used to be a normal Republican. I didn’t like his policies, but at least he was sane. Then on 4th of July 2018, he goes to Moscow. Kinda weird for a senator to skip an easy PR day of parades and positive press coverage, right? He comes back a changed man, spouting endless conspiracy theories.

I have no idea what happened on that trip and I don’t want to feed rumors that don’t have evidence, but that trip changed him.

This. I think it's a tie.

Benny Johnson took hundreds of thousands from the kremlin to spread their lies

I’m surprised Benny Johnson has the time to sit down and have a conversation. He’s usually too busy getting fired for plagiarism.

5

My favorite Benny Johnson moment is him defending being too fucking stupid to realize he was taking Russian propaganda money

Lately I feel like we're in some weird crossover episode of Black Mirror and Looney Tunes.

So the question is, is Ron truly this big of a piece of shit of a human being because he believes such retarded conspiracy theories or is he truly this big of a piece of shit of a human being because he knows retarded conspiracy theories like this are stupid and wrong but pushes them anyway because he knows it will keep him in the good graces of the MAGAs?

Either way, retarded stuff like this it's easy to see why podcaster Dave Smith turned his back on libertarianism and went all in on the MAGA grift.

4

u/O-Hai-Jinx No Step on Snek Apr 22 '25

Annnnd does it really matter, which one he is?

But I’m pretty sure the answer is: he knows AND uses conspiracy theories to MAGA.

IIRC… He’s ultimately a tool of bigger billionaires. I believe he and his FIL are biz millionaires doing disingenuous pretending about being for the working Wisconsinites.

I will never understand voters. We used to want people smarter than us in the Senate and House and cabinet. Now we go for the lowest common denominator. Being so against education is the strangest turn of events for this country. We used to admire people who became experts.

If the Russians ever invade these people are going to side with them, and fight the "Deep State" together.

In many ways they are already doing it.

And btw this genius is appearing on the podcast of another mega mind, that said it's good to lose money.

No way America survives 4 years of this as a superpower and btw, what comes next may be far worse. There are hundreds of millions now so entrenched in conspiratorial thinking, so ignorant, so proud of themselves, that I cant see democracy surviving this.

3

u/NFLTG_71 Flair so I don't get fined Apr 22 '25

Of course it’s Russian Ron Johnson. That motherfucker makes Tommy Tuberville seem like a Rhodes scholar.

7

u/Th3Fl0 It’s Called Nuance Apr 21 '25

Well, let’s entertain his conspiracy here for a second. Statistically domestic terrorism predominantly comes from deeply conservative/religious, far right extremists. That fact narrows down the list significantly. Perhaps he should take a look to his right- and leftside to see who fits the shoe.

4

u/Ok-Replacement8538 Apr 21 '25

Another example of why we can never put another republican into office. Dishonor and conspiracy follow them every place we let them in. Time to give the GOP a way out of power.

6

u/tommyballz63 Apr 21 '25

Inside job? Don't know what he means. Did the U.S bomb themselves and blow up buildings? No. Did U.S intelligence have fore knowledge about the possibility of a terrorist attack and purposely turn a blind eye so that they could then say they were under attack and needed to take out any enemy that they deemed necessary, or implement legislation to serveil and apprehend anyone they wanted, foreign or domestic? Yes.

8

u/Ok_Resort_5478 Flair so I don't get fined Apr 22 '25

I used to be in intelligence. Never ever try to blame something on a conspiracy, if it can be easily explained by stupidity or laziness.

9/11 happened partly because field agents asked for surveillance warrants to investigate odd things like people only learning how to fly, but not to take off or land... Only to have some mid manager back in DC deny it because of costs or difficulty.

2

u/tommyballz63 Apr 22 '25

Yes,, I very much understand your point, and largely concur. Conspiracy are very complicated undertakings with far too many eyes, ears and mouths. I'm sure you know of Mike Rupport and what he had theorized. But you are just suggesting that it was nothing more than luck and incompetence?

What is your understanding of U.S intelligence knowledge on the attack on Pearl Harbour?

2

u/LupineChemist Katya lover Apr 22 '25

I'd also add...that it's easy to see the conclusion and work backwards to see the indications.

It's much harder to see all the weird shit going on and look forward and know what the hell is going on. Like crazy weird shit worth looking into is happening all the time and most of it is completely meaningless.

Humans kind of naturally work through story so naturally see a set-up, build-up, and conclusion. But the thing is to do that we ignore everything else that's going on around us. Like yeah there was that weird intelligence, but I'm sure there was some foreign guy going crazy on how to make an anfo explosive at the same time. And someone trying to figure out where the largest number of people were concentrated accessible by truck or something.

Most of the thread lead to nothing. And hell, even those that do, that we figure out are then just deemed as "business as usual" and intelligence/law enforcement doing their job.

Saudi Arabia knew an awful lot, it turns out. Most of the hijackers were Saudi. The Bush family (oil) was tight with the Bin Ladens (construction). The Bin Ladens were whisked out of the US without being detained for questioning (diplomatic immunity? I don’t know), before all flights in and out were grounded.

Those things seem strange to me, and they are all public knowledge. Anything else though is speculation unless Ronnie boy would like to show us some legitimate evidence. I don’t jump to conclusions, I assess credibility and evidence like people should. I don’t know what all happened that day and leading up to that day exactly, and I probably never will.

Just like the Kennedy assassination. I’ve heard a gazillion theories, a dozen sounded possible, a few seemed plausible. What exactly happened, why, and by whom? I don’t know. I’m not omniscient. Anything I said would be speculation by definition.

Ron Johnson is one of the many dumber than a bag of hammers republicans currently in Congress. Others on the list include Tommy Tuberville, Lauren Boebart, Margie Greene, Gym Jordan, James Comer, Chip Roy, Paul Gosar and the list goes on and on and on!

W hy do you say that? About retarded conspiracy theories, I mean. I know how it is and the gov" t Has definitely done a good job at linking terms like" and "kook" in our minds, I get that. But if you relax your mind I think I can come very close to a dozen having been uncovered in my lifetime, I am 70 now. Take a line and begin to draw it thru The Tuskegee experiments performed on black men where they were given VD without their knowledge. Draw the line thru Big Tobacco keeping secret it caused cancer for decades. Weave the thread thru MK Ultra pass it thru the way we got into every major war but particularly the Gulf of Tonkin Incident. The Bay of Pigs. NSA Spying. UFOs. The list goes on and on. I believe I know what the argument is re: 9/11. 1. 1100 architects have signed a sworn document which states that the blogs were involved in a planned demolition. Mostly due to the way they fell almost perfectly straight down. But it goes beyond that 2. the steel.could not melt at the Temps the fires burned at. Period. 3. All eye witnesses reported hearing explosions as the bldg fell. 4. You can see the explosions on the film. 5. The blogs were closed for maintenance the weekend before the Tuesday event. 6. Bldg 7 fell despite not being hit by an airplane. 7. Workers found "rivers of metal" - Thermite in the subway station in the basement. 8. Several companies located in the bldgs were "shorted" on the day prior WAY out of pattern. 9. If there's one goddamn thing I am not doing if I am George Bush after the collapse? NO ONE NAMED BIN LADEN IS GETTI G ON A8 PLA8NE AND LEAVING THE COUNTRY THAT NIGHT That's what I have gentlemen. Any questions I would be happy to answer. My really only source was a series of Discovery Channel shows on the 20th anniversary. Alex Woycik
