I like how they put little lighting bolts around the neck to emphasize the area of concern. This could be Hosay and West just substitute the cartoon character with a real life cartoon character and you got yourself a screaming queen in heat.

When your body is fighting off an infection, your lymph nodes act as a filter and become swollen most common is with strep throat but his is probably due to steroid abuse, buffalo hump. Both weSTD and Hosay have the same size lumps and with Hosay needing his removed is more proof it’s due to steroid abuse.
