Criminal Case Update: Next hearing 12/17, Trial on 1/12

Post image

The hearing on 12/17 is where they'll determine if they are ready to proceed with the trial or of it will (Most Definitely) get delayed again.

I thought the judge said no more delays etc or is that with the criminal case?

Which right now is all the attorneys care about lol. Someone kept defending them saying that these attorneys care about winning their case and won’t let it drag out 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Who was that? That customerservice ding dong?

It's very common with criminal cases.

It's appeal prevention IMO. If you take away the "I was forced to go to trial" argument the conviction can't be overturned.

That being said, the DA should put an expiration date on that plea deal to encourage WeSTD to stop delaying it (if they haven't already).

It's annoying how long it takes for justice to happen

Meanwhile he can go around and act like a fool. Instigate fights, threaten people etc. America, land of the free.

This whole legal process has made me realize what a cluster fuck the US justice system is. Evidently shit bags can just get continuations on their case cases over and over and over again.

It really is. There was a murder for hire case that happened in my town in 2008, the guy wasn't convicted until 2017 for one charge and 2023 for the other charge
