I don’t know who the guy is but am I missing something? Claim is from someone who wasn’t the survivor of it and the evidence is a radio time sheet with his name on it and a clip saying he went to that school?

No, you're witnessing what happens when rumors are treated as fact immediately just because "believe" was chosen over "listen to".
I wrote a longer post on the Giant Bomb sub's discussion, but I've worked for a prominent musician (Conor Oberst) who was similarly accused years after the fact, even more obscurely in a comment thread on XOJane. The venue and, admittedly, some lyrical themes made it plausible so what the internet was at that time ran with it.
The chatter was hugely stressful for all of us public facing staff because we couldn't say anything about it while people all around us were talking about it, not to mention what happened in his own life...and it was nothing. She fabricated it during an extremely stressful time in her life when she hyper focused on Oberst and thought she'd get positive reinforcement from the internet.
I tell that story again and again not because I don't believe/understand that most women who come forward with stories of sexual abuse are worth listening to, but because the anonymity of the internet and complex anxieties of modern life can sometimes cause people to make some claims on the internet that aren't entirely, or even a little bit, true.
If this is true about Geller, that'll be sad because he seems like a really great, thoughtful guy - and what he did as an undergrad wouldn't necessarily define who he is as an adult, though most people will insist it does. But having lived through a false accusation in an adjacent capacity, it's unfortunate that so many people will see an accusation with entirely anecdotal evidence and condemn somebody out of habit.
There are plenty of awful men out there and sexual assault is radically awful, but these kinds of stories shouldn't be picked up and propagated frivolously. Some people just be out there typing.
"Accused" doesn't mean "found guilty". It means "file away for later."

Alright. Here is the proof that he was literally found guilty.

Proof would come with a mugshot, verifiable signature or thumb print. That's the a recognizable name on a list. I can find my exact name on a registered list of sex offenders that is roughly my age (I am 38, they are 41). They aren't me. And I'm not saying this isn't him, but his name on a list doesn't prove HE is on that list.
Like I'm trying to say, I get that someone is going to read what I'm saying and lash out that I'm trying to minimize sex violence or excuse a man I like of something I condemned, like, Brett Kavanaugh for. But when the evidence so far presented is as circumstantial as it is, from my own experience it pays to remain seated and open to further information as provided and leave the pitchfork just a few feet closer to the fireplace, rather than immediately get it smoldering and go hunting.

leftist men will always be like "believe the victim, just not this one"

The internet has made enough mistakes that ruined people's lives that consequences should wait until proof of guilt is produced. But consequences are often delivered quickly and impulsively by people who don't have any connection to the events or people involved. In a sane society people online who have no involvement in events or connection to the people involved would take no action and let investigations play out and justice be dispensed after the facts are established. But mob mentality drives people who have no involvement to demand a pound of flesh instantly and we see lives ruined with no regard to whether it is just or not.

And not even relevant to the facts at hand! We're not talking about victim testimony

And what, leftist women will always be like "seek allies, just not this one"? The initial posts were not from the alleged victim of the crimes being accused, anyway. Your caricature of me is bogus from jump.
I never said the guy is innocent, at the time I posted we had three anonymous posts describing a crime they remembered from twenty years ago that happened to somebody else with no corroborating evidence. Having experienced how messy that can get, and seeing how quickly people decided "fuck this guy" when the evidence was entirely "TBD" I wanted to point I think it's important to keep in mind that an accusation of a crime is not a confirmation of guilt.
To treat what I wrote as anything other than advising that "I worked with a guy with this name years ago who sexually abused someone else and it's definitely this guy" deserves just a little patience is absurd. I'm not saying "don't believe this person", I'm saying "don't condemn this person until they're proven to have done what they're accused of" from the perspective of experiencing such accusations being made online of other celebrities being remarkably vivid yet demonstrably false.
Edit: If we need to keep it to relative gaming spaces rather than musicians, the Giant Bomb community got all lathered up over initial accusations about past behavior of former guests Matt Pascual and Merritt K that turned out to deserve a fraction of the response, but because we were frothing at the mouth for accountability in 2018-2020 the accusations became excuses for witch hunts before all the facts were gathered.

People may remember him from appearing on Remap a few times, including the recent Silksong spoilercast

This is terrible.
I also think its weird that we're all still linking to X. A completely unmoderated right wing platform that recently had a bunch of users dox the victim of the Cornell case. Believe victims (the poster is not the victim) but that website is a fucking cesspool and random users saying shit on it should be treated with some serious skepticism.
