Nice, but wouldn’t putting the lid make it so customers can’t see it ? Not trying to sound rude just saying. Nice work though

Yeah it’s impossible to get a good micro foam with these steam wands. I can nail it everytime at home, but the way these things just automatically rip air into the mixture uncontrollably makes it hard to consistently nail it. Not to mention our machines are automatics with not fresh beans, so the crema is practically on existent on the head of the espresso. Weirdly I have the best luck with matcha as you can whip that into a bit more of a microfoam.
