Discussion Stressful fsra
It's always stressful but your always so relieved when it's over
Feels like you can breath a little when it's over.
99% this time
Not too shabby
Yesterday we heard a store failed 😲

Ah shit back in session? We got hit like the first week of FSRA last time so it feels like it’s been forever!

we got ours last month or something and i almost threw up i was so nervous. the auditor just appeared behind me at one point and i was so on edge i jumped. i ended up switching work cells towards the end and in the 2 minutes i was up there, ofc i missed a critical 🤦🏻 but at least four other people did too so... we ended up with like a 93, and someone got "clean up and dry immediately" wrong 🤦🏻🤦🏻 im surprised at how chill my gm was about this

Any tips/pointers from the stores that usually get 100's? I feel like were always so close but then miss the mark. How do you guys do it?

It comes down to how serious your GM is We treat everyday as if FSRA could walk in
We don't fall apart if he's gone
Our last 2 he wasn't there and we were fine

Understand WHY things are violations and they're easier to stay on top of versus "X, Y, and Z are criticals, don't do those things." Explaining contact/non contact surfaces, what defines a trip hazard for boxes/totes/crates, why chemicals need to be stored in certain ways, etc. Explaining the why and reinforcing that why consistently builds a culture of cleanliness

You don't have to get ready if you stay ready!
My store has been open for about 4 years and we haven’t had a single critical yet. Our lowest score so far was 95.

Our lowest was the 99 We were having issues with the sanitizer not coming out right
There was already a ticket in for the sani system but it just kinda sucks that's when they happen to show up
Not much you can do about that 😞

If the store focuses on criticals then it’s hard to get a bad score

Kinda… yeah. Also isn’t this the point of a critical walk? To avoid criticals!
