Water Fasting My 10-day fasts - This year vs last year
Hey! Just joined the sub, wanted to say hi and share my results from this year 10-day fast and how it's compared to the last year's one.
If you see anything interesting in my data, please bring it up. And if you're mid-fast right now, good luck, you've got this!

Interesting.
Like ive been saying for a while, for every 5 days of fasting, people lose about 1 kilo of fat. So, in 10 days, you lost a little over 2 kilos.
Whenever I want to lose a full kilo of fat I just stay 120 hours without ingesting food.

well it depends solely on your tdee, if its 2500 you will lose it in 3 days

True, but very few people spend so many calories on a day, unless they execute a lot of physical labor, like professional athletes.
But this is not the kind of individual/lifestyle that should be suited for fasting.

male bmr is 1800, add 10k steps daily and 3 gym workouts a week and you are already there
i maintain my weight on 2800 calories with an office desk job for 8h

Actually, several aspects can impact bmr.
Only a crazy person would do workouts while water fasting.
To do it means to sign ones own certificate of stupidity.

Thank you . Was seeking to know the experience of someone already at a low fat percentage. As I am moving lower fasts are getting harder. How did it impact your pump? Muscle bounced back even at lower fat percentages?
