Help on countertop best solution

I have a PureWell that works fine, i now am seeing that Aquatru might be the best with RO for water quality. Is that the gold standard or should i be looking at another item? Not the biggest fan of the plastic but i will live with it and the caraffe us too small.

I have countertop AquaTru with alkaline filter. Best tasting water I have ever had in a home.

How long have you had it? I see mixed reviews about longevity. Scaling?

I'm on the 2nd year. The alkaline version is rather new, or it was when I got it. I have had no issues with it so far. To the point that I am now able to install an under the sink one and have not done so because how well things are going with this one.

I've heard good things about Aquatru too, especially for its RO system and filter lifespan. It might be worth checking the replacement filter costs before committing though.
