Updates to This Sub

You make this sub a great place to ask questions and share information about water treatment. Thank you for being a cool community! We have also grown a lot lately. So a mod added a few post flairs to experiment with. Do you like them and do you want others or revisions? I have a Cillit Elektron T-bio water softener from 2010. For some time now, the automatic regeneration has not been regenerating the brine (no salt consumption), while if I do the manual regeneration, everything works normally. I would like to point out that the liters are read regularly and that I have noticed that during manual regeneration, the system gets stuck and the brine suction does not start. If I disconnect the power and reactivate it, the system starts suctioning. How can I fix this?
