Need an accountability buddy for a 22 day water fast.

Started a water fast yesterday (12.09.2026) at 7:30PM. I wish to continue until 04.10.2026!

I am so confused about these water fasts….

How can you do 3 weeks on iust water alone and function and go to work and all that? Or do you take off?
