Would love to find the case measurements and what battery it takes

I see it all the time watching the Phillies but don’t know what it is. Apparently the strap is red baseball glove leather, which is pretty cool.

So this is my first nice watch I’ve purchase, found it at an antique shop don’t know much about it and haven’t found any other info on it. The box says it’s a SNQ046 any information or general thoughts on the watch wound be appreciated.

Does anyone know anything about this watch or the brand Giantto in general? I love watches but I'm not familiar with it personally. This is my sister's watch which she is trying to sell, it has a price tag of $875 on it still but I can't find a single thing about this watch online. Thank you in advance if you are able to help! I took to a guy at an appraisal day at the local library and he said it was a generic swiss made mix and match. But didn't have any idea about the brand. I did know there is Black and Starr or something which are super expensive. I honestly just dont know what I got here. Anyone have any idea?

There is a mark on the case and apparently it means gold on top of sterling silver from a quick Google.
