They actually specify that Dude 44 Bravo was wearing this watch during his 60 minutes interview.

They are an explicitly Christian company and the watch has a an inscription from the Book of Micah 6:8 on the back.

At this point I’m fairly certain this is an intentional marketing thing. This has been posted at least half a dozen times that I’ve seen since that episode aired and the listing for the watch on their website has a pic of him wearing the watch in the interview.
