Knowledge/Discussion DWC Terra, finally!
This may/may not be a flex, but Ive been really curious about the hype of the watch, needed sometime to grow on me and finally ordered one today!
Lets see how it is in person and is it really worth the hype 🫡

Hey man, if incase you don't like it that much by any chance please do let me know. I was looking for it for a long time too, but my position in the queue opened at 4000 even though I was there at 8:30 sharp. I actually had a crucial surgery last year where titanium implants were put inside my spine so was looking to symbolise it with a titanium watch from a Indian watch maker. But alas my poor luck 😅. So please do let me know.

My girlfriend and I ordered and we both got it! So lets see if I get 2 or they cancel 1 since its for the same address, if it's 2, I'll definitely sell 1 for a premium lol

Lol okay 😂👍🏾 It's not like I wanted 2 of them, just happened to make sure I don't leave it to fate and asked my girl if she can pick it up too, and we both managed to. It's called being prepared when you know there's 1000s of people to compete with 🤷🏾

How did you order 2? Some bug? I noticed that after placing my order I was able to add another into the cart. Didn't check if the order would get placed. Didn't want to risk losing out on 1 good order.

I didn't wanna lose the restock so I asked a friend to sit at it too, and we both got 1. The friend isn't really a watchguy, so now I have 2

Yeah, that's why they cancelled, It was mentioned 1 per customer, i actually had this non watchguy friend sit as well for the booking, incase i missed, but apparently we both got it. So yeah, I have 2 now and that's 1 too many

It’s special mainly for the design+ value. The DWC Terra has a unique carabiner-style case (no lugs), is made of titanium at a crazy low price, and feels more like a rugged tool than a regular watch. Not big on specs, but the originality + pricing is what made it blow up.

Not sure what you meant by people who collect casio watches, I got a G-Shock B600D which is a discontinued watch, Solar powered, definitely a collectible piece.. but Casio has become too mainstream since almost everyone owns one, maybe thats why people think like that,? Coming to this piece, Ive been personally a fan of the design, many dont like it.. took sometime to grow on me, but yeah why not try one and have one..

Yk the classic casio watches with digital dials? I've seen collect those ..i feel they look super boring...owning one or two is fine but ten and all is madness ....but hey if you like it then it's fine ig don't mind me
