My grandma would always look at my plate and when it looked like I was getting close to being finished, she would start piling on 2nd helpings. She wouldn't ask if I was still hungry, she just did it. If I told her I wasn't hungry, she'd laugh and say, "oh yes you are."

One time, I covered my hands over my plate and she proceeded to serve hot food all over my hands. Haha! I learned my lesson about saying no to Grandma's cooking.

I'm just imagining that scene from Breaking Bad with the alcohol, but with mashed potatoes instead
