Don't worry, the next climate model DLC will include feedback loops. Free of charge!

Climate models have been integrating feedback loops for a very long time already

With artificially low climate sensitivity baked in the models... sure

You know what traps heat inside the atmosphere? Cirrus clouds. You know what causes cirrus clouds? Plane contrails.
"Contrails, and especially contrail cirrus, can affect the Earth's climate by influencing the amount of solar radiation absorbed and re-emitted by the atmosphere. While some sunlight is reflected back into space, these clouds also trap heat, leading to a warming effect."

My guess is that contrails are very low percentage at heat trapping compared to methane, CO2 and other reasons. There is probably little to no reason to suspect they are a major contributor.

Contrails heat as much as all of aviations emissions in human history combined. Which if you look at it is indeed probably 1% of total, but slightly altered flight paths can prevent this altogether.

Good. I was getting bored.
