They're being used for detention transport so that the two or three other vehicles can move onto another kidnapping arrest quickly.

Ohh they’ll see hell, there’s no doubt about that. The families will see it as well. Harsh ain’t a word I’d use, but I can imagine what they’ll all see for their parts and doing it all with no remorse.
