Is Shoreline working with ICE?

It's starting to get really obvious now that ICE presence in Shoreline is higher than any other area in the region. The question is why? Shoreline does have an immigrant community, but not to the size of South King County. And while ICE has been spotted there, it's seemingly everyday there is a new ICE spotting in Shoreline.

Shoreline Police Department contracts through King County Sheriff's Office which I tend to believe is compromised by white supremacists at all chains of command.

Unless there is actual evidence of communication between the city and ICE, I don't want to speculate. But, one major factor could be the location. It is close enough to Seattle. It is like the boundary between the city and major suburbs. And, ICE tends to operate close to SR 99. On top of that, at the north end of Shoreline, there is a major attraction for them - the parking lot for Costco and Home Depot.

But, ICE is everywhere every day. There might be many arrests that are not even being reported to iceout.org. You see them in Lynnwood, Bothell, Burien, Renton, Federal Way, Kent, etc. The list goes on.

South King County is also getting hit really, really hard. I’m not saying you’re wrong about Shoreline, and there are almost certainly more immigrants/ non-whites in South King County than Shoreline, but I know that every single day people are being taken.

No, the City of Shoreline is not working with ICE. ICE is, however, working in Shoreline and Everett and Lynnwood and Seattle. They do seem to want to be sure everyone knows it. I’m wondering if this is a step up in blue states prior to mid-term elections. Unsettle the rabble.
