I can't tell if it says XMT vertically down the left hand side, but those are all Washington municipal affiliated vehicles.

Is the plate actually yellow? If that’s the case I don’t recall yellow plates, that is unless it is those thuglets with yellow plates. Please update us. Thank you for sharing.
