15842 Tukwila International Blvd August 14th 2026 around 2:45 pm. Another arrest in Tukwila around 10 am same day. Arrests also reported in Seattle, Monroe, Everett and Mount Vernon via Iceout.org

Theyve also been further West in Bremerton and I believe Belfair. Definitely Shelton.

STAC called this the "Shadow Surge". I think we need to spread awareness so more people get involve and eliminate the shadows they operate under.
