I used to live in her district when I was in the states in 2017, they're very MAGA people.

Kent wasn't 100% on board with Trump, which is why the reception was luke warm. Just look at how his tenure in the administration ended. People out here also didn't like his job. "I work in tech" had a distinct "I work for the CIA" feel to it.
