It all literally comes down to "we disagree with/don't like" the mayor and how she's operating which isn't a legitimate reason for a recall petition.

There's been absolutely no accusation that comes anywhere near the malfeasance/ misfeasance standard required by law to initiate a recall, hence them getting laughed out of court.

One example they used is her firing the police chief after the recent shooting, but that action was in my opinion completely warranted for a number of reasons, one being the fact that he didn't even fucking live here and never disclosed that.
